In collaboration with dancers Femke Gyselinck and Manon Santkin, videast Inneke Van Waeyenberghe, and a series of guests and infiltrators throughout the process, At Large is a project in several components aimed at expanding the artistic perspective of a dancemaker in the world today.

With the live performance, the audience receives a book of interviews with dancers and choreographers in New York and Brussels about the relevance of their profession on a personal, professional and social level. In the lobby they can see a video document of social dances from the Internet and learn a new dance fad created by Bauer and her collaborators called “Scratching”. At home they can download the At Large screensaver and participate in making their own cover-song of the At Large hit song
“I move to move you.” Through all of these modes of access and visibility, At Large aims to transgress and broaden the positions of dance in the world today.
